What is your refund policy?
Every service is different, so the refund policy might slightly differ. During our consultation you will be informed about the refund policy of the service(s) you're interested in. The refund policy will be also presented in detail in the contract that will be shared with you before you sign for our services.

Work Permits & TRPs
What are the requirements for obtaining a work permit and visa in Latvia?
To obtain a work permit in Latvia as a non-EU/EEA citizen, several requirements must be met:
Requirements for Non-EU/EEA Citizen:
- Valid Passport: The applicant must have a valid passport with at least three months of validity remaining beyond the intended stay in Latvia and at least two blank pages.
- Invitation from the Employer: The applicant needs to present the official invitation approved by the OCMA from their prospective employer in Latvia. This invitation should not be older than 6 months at the time of application.
- Employment Agreement: A copy of the signed employment agreement with the Latvian employer must be submitted.
- Additional Documents: every case is different and might require additional information from the applicant
Applying for Long-Stay Visa (Type D): Generally, to work in Latvia for more than 90 days, a non-EU/EEA citizen will need to apply for a long-stay visa (Type D). This application is usually submitted at the Latvian embassy or consulate in their country of residence.

Can I get a job as a doctor / solicitor in Europe?
These type of jobs usually have more requirements. For example if you want to work in a clinic in Poland or Latvia, you will need to know the local language, english won't be enough. In Poland, a doctor must have Polish language skills sufficient for medical practice (no specific level stated but implied to be advanced), in Latvia the candidate must demonstrate C1-level Latvian language proficiency, verified through exams. When it comes to law practice, in Latvia Language Proficiency must be on C1-level Latvian, it is mandatory for practicing law. In poland it's Advanced Polish (C1/C2) for legal practice.
